RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Denim & Roses believe that shopping should be a rewarding and enjoyable experience, for both you and your little one. That’s why our goal is for each and every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their order. We take great pride in both our garments and our customer service, and want to make sure you feel good about each step of the shopping process.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will gladly accept the timely return of products and will issue store credit. Our Store Credit never expires and can be used for any item in our store, as long as it’s in-stock and currently available for purchase. 

To be eligible for our return policy, all returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags attached upon purchase. The item must be in the same condition that it was delivered to you, as used merchandise is not eligible forreturns or store credit.  All returnsmust also include the original sales receipt. 

Please note that returned items must be received by us within 21 days from receipt to be eligible for STORE CREDIT. We do not issue refunds.

Merchandise purchased on or during a sale is FINAL and no store credit will be issued for these purchases. 

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. 

If you do wish to return an item for store credit, and your purchase meets all of the above criteria, please send us an email to(returns@denimnroses.com) begin the return process. Please include: name, date of purchase, what item(s) will be returned, and reason. 

You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item. When shipping an item for return, we strongly recommend that you utilize a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance accordingly. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and this responsibility is on the respective shipping service.
